Why Acoustic Testing
Since July 2003 it has become mandatory to undertake Acoustic Testing on 10% of all new residential properties. The tests demonstrate that the levels of sound insulation between Dwellings are in compliance with the requirements of Part E of the Building Regulations. The tests are undertaken by fully trained personnel using the very latest calibrated Equipment.
